Sunni’s Fyra Cider

I’ve been blessed with knowledge and understanding of herbs and how to heal many things through diet and herbs (holistically). A lot of these things have been passed down in my family generation after generations. However through it all I am lead by the guidance of my Ancestors so somethings I’ll share, and some I won’t🤷🏾‍♀️. It’s that simple.

Nonetheless like with anything I share please take it upon yourself to do your own research. You know you better than anyone else. Lol just wanted to put that out there. Ok now we are at the time a lot of ppl get sick, and on top of that covid never really left.
