Dr. Daniel Hale Williams gained success as the first person to ever do a successful open heart surgery. When a young man who had been in a bar fight was stabbed in the chest,Dr.Williams knew the only way to save him
was to do a operation. After the successful surgery many believed that this was a medical miracle. The young man Dr. Williams saved thought so too,he live 50 more years after the risky but successful surgery.
