It’s a chilly 39 in KC,why not make TEA☺️lol!!? Here is one of my personal favorite Dandelion Tea Recipes. It is ABSOLUTELY amazing for nursing 🤱🏾 moms! As a wet nurse/Boobie Lady! I’ve been drinking it for years. It also very beneficial for those that just want a good all natural why to get minerals and vitamins in ya. I went out and found a friend(We had a great conversation), I let him have this one...enjoy!!!

Whatcha Need:
* 1 qt fresh dandelion flowers
* 1 cup water (hot)
* 2-3 TBSP dried stevia leaves or other choice of sweetener to taste)
* ½ cup red raspberry leaf tea
* 3 quarts water (cold)
* 3 lemons (juiced)
How it’s Done:
* Pick the dandelions fresh and place in a strainer. Get only the yellow parts of the flower and pull off any leaves (use in salads) and stems.
* Rinse well with cool water(but I don’t lol a few bugs ain’t gonna kill ya).
* In a jar or cup, pour the hot water over the Stevie and Raspberry Leaf red and stir well. If using another sweetener, put it in the warm water instead.
* Let steep 10-12 minutes and then strain off the herbs.
* Pour the sweetened liquid from the stevia/raspberry leaf into a gallon size glass jar(or pitcher whatever you have).
* Add the juice of the lemons and adjust taste,then the cool water and stir well.
* Add the dandelion flowers and mix gently.
* Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or until completely chilled and serve. I You can strain out the flowers(and whatever bugs lol)or pour them into the cups. Masai likes to freeze them into ice cubes for decoration🤪!
* It’s good for 4 days at least,however it probably won’t last that long🤷🏾♀️!
* Enjoy
