Soothing Rub
Whatcha Need:
5oz olive oil
1oz avocado oil
2oz coconut oil
1 oz beeswax
20 drops clove oil
20 drops peppermint oil
10 drops wintergreen oil
5 drops eucalyptus oil
1/2 tsp lavender
How it’s Done:
Melt oils and beeswax carefully in a double boiler. Once it’s cooled down (not enough to set),slowly add your essential oils and herbs. Whisk gently then add to tin container or small glass mason jars.
Great for muscle aches and soreness,and amazing as a calming massage oil!
