Moringa Power

OmGAWD I found this in my archives from 2018.

We have new goodies straight from the tree to us😍!!! We love all things Moringa!!!! Here’s a lil about the benefits of Moringa Seeds😊.

Moringa Seeds contain a wide variety of nutrients that give these seeds antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. These seeds also reduce the risk of heart disease, lower cholesterol, stabilize blood sugars, and improve our immune system.

Moringa Seeds also have external uses. The oil extracted from them acts as a natural moisturizer for the skin. It is also applied topically as an astringent, as it helps fight bacterial infections, and treat wounds, cuts, and bites!

Let’s learn a little about the moringa seeds nutritional value. Following are the ranges for different macronutrient composition of the 100 grams of the dry weight of the seeds:

1. Fat 34.7 to 40.4 grams

2. Proteins 29.4 to 33.3 grams

3. Carbohydrates 16.5 to 19.8 grams

Holistic Support for Pain Relief

Many herbs, fruits, and plants have been traditionally used to help soothe discomfort and support overall wellness for centuries. My family has lived a holistic lifestyle for generations using many of the herbs listed. Of course with most holistic practices it takes time and will not be an instant cures, however incorporating these natural options into your routine can provide gentle relief and complement other healthy habits🤘🏾….

Here’s a closer look at what’s helpful:

Star Anise🤎

 Star Anise

Are one of my absolute FAVORITE spices. I use this in my spiritual work, for healing, and overall self care.

This little eight-pointed star isn’t just pretty and smell amazing. It is one of the most powerful aromatic botanicals you have in your spice cabinet. Star Anise contains shikimic acid, one of the main component in the prescription medication Tamiflu that is used as an antiviral medication.

Star Anise also helps supports digestion, eases bloating, strengthens the body during seasonal shifts, and turns any tea, broth, or simmer pot into a healing experience. Many people don’t know that true star anise carries natural phytoestrogens that can help with hormonal balance and circulation. Its essential oil was also used along ancient trade routes as both a natural insect repellent and a fragrance stabilizer.

A spice with long lineage of being one of the most medicinal spice legacy rooted in healing and good health. Rooted and Poured wisdom in every star.

Love From Beyond🤎

Growing up with a mom that was a minister death was something that was prevalent in my life. No matter the situation or how the person transitioned my mom would take my Sista and I to either be they when the individual transitioned,or as a support for family.

So being able to communicate with those on the other side has never been anything scary or overwhelming for me. I’ve had many people ask me how to do this or what are some key factors in knowing that their loved one is trying to communicate.

As had and painful as it is when a loved one leaves us,please always understand that they are with you. Maybe not in physical form which is so hard to deal with, but they are here. And you don’t need mediums, and psychics for this to happen.

Here’s a few signs but definitely not limited to ways a loved one is trying to make their presence known. Light and shalom to all that are in this space now. May you never forget, but find comfort in due time~Selah

1. Scents, Fragrances,and Aromas

2. Dreams of Conversations With the Deceased(this is one of the forms I use regularly)!

3. Butterflies Messengers or Spirit Manifestations(because of the transformation of the butterfly it is believed that they carry messages from loved ones)

4. Electrical Interferences(this is another one for me and the ringing of the doorbell,or bell like sounds)

5.Children and Pet Reactions(have you ever walked in on a baby or small child having a conversation or just smiling at nothing,or pets barking and no one’s there)

6. Objects Out of Place(this is another one that happens often lol and not from my forgetfulness)

7. Music and Movies

8. Altars of Remembrance(this is how I personally honor those that have transitioned on with gifts and offerings)

Of course with everything I share it ain’t for er’body and that’s ok. However if any of this resonates with you by all means do your research and move in that light. I’m sending light and shalom to all that may be grieving at this time. You are in my thoughts and meditations…

Feminine Inner’chi

This was a very informative read!

The female body carries power that science is only beginning to understand...

New studies reveal that menstrual blood contains more than 1,000 proteins... and around 385 of them are completely unique. These proteins help with healing, cell growth and immune support. Because the uterus rebuilds itself every month, this blood naturally holds stem cells and growth factors that are strongly linked to regeneration. Experts say it could be a major breakthrough in future medicine.

Researchers are now exploring how this natural resource might help repair damaged heart tissue, support bone recovery or even offer new paths for brain health research. What makes this discovery so stunning is how effortless it is... the body produces all of this on its own every single month without any medical involvement. It highlights a level of biological strength that many people never realized.

As science keeps digging deeper, these findings may reshape the way we look at healing altogether. It reminds us that the human body still has secrets that can change what we know about recovery, growth and repair... especially in places people rarely talk about. Do you think discoveries like this will lead to new medical treatments in the future?
