Shalom Y'all,

This is going to be a great way to bring in the new year, and new you.So  plan on having my cookbook Sunni's Holistic Delights to add to your new years resolution!

So one of the recipe I had planned for my Cookbook has been requested. So I figure why not give'em a little sneak peak at what's to come..lol! So today's recipe is Vegan Turkey Patties let's get started...

1 cup chopped onion
1 cup veggie broth
2 T chia seeds
1/4 cup spicy mustard
2T olive oil
1t turmeric
1T italian seasoning
1/2t sage
1/2t garlic powder
1/2t cracked black pepper
Pink himalayan salt to taste

In a large mixing bowl add oats, bread crumbs, and onion mix together and set aside. Meanwhile mix together chia seeds, mustard, oil, turmeric, italian seasoning, sage, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper in a small bowl. Add mustard mixture to oats mixture blend to combine. Slowly add veggie broth, mixing well. Shake a little pink himalayan salt to taste. Set in the icebox for 30 minutes or overnight. Remove form into 8-10 medium size patties. You can fry them in a little oil,or bake them at 350 for 10-12 minutes on each side.
