 Some herbs work magic...

1. Basil – Stomach Ache / Antacid

How to Use: Chew fresh basil leaves or brew into a tea to soothe stomach upset and reduce acid.


2. Mint – Digestion / Antispasmodic

How to Use: Drink mint tea or chew on mint leaves after meals to relieve bloating and indigestion.


3. Oregano – Infection / Antibiotic

How to Use: Use fresh or dried oregano in meals, or steep in hot water to make a natural antimicrobial tea.



4. Ginger – Cough / Expectorant

How to Use: Boil slices in water with honey and lemon to create a soothing cough remedy.


5. Rosemary – Nausea / Antiemetic

How to Use: Inhale rosemary steam or drink as tea to combat nausea and motion sickness.


6. Lavender – Pain / Analgesic
